What a Year! Thank you 2017.

If we had made a wish last year at this time, we could not have wished for what 2017 brought us. Our Keller Williams Legacy Group offices have grown from just a few of us to over 85 agents.

In 2018 we will have agents in offices in Independence, Muscatine, Dubuque, and the Waterloo/Cedar Falls areas, in addition to our Cedar Rapids and Coralville/Iowa City offices.

The only word for what we feel is BLESSED. Each agent who joined us has brought new perspective and new participation in our offices.

We were able to reach the #4 spot in volume in the Cedar Rapids Area Association of REALTORS (out of over 70 firms ) and a #9 spot in the Iowa City Area Association of REALTORS (out of over 50 firms). These achievements are amazing given the fact that about 50% of the agents in our offices did not contribute to those volume statistics under Keller Williams until halfway through the year.

This year we are bringing BOLD - Business Objective Life By Design national training to our area and have 56 agents enrolled in that training during the first quarter of 2018. This training helps agents focus in on what is important in their lives - treating customers well so they will bring more business to you and creating a counter-balance in your life so that you can design how you live rather than just reacting to what is thrown your way.
