Signage and Marketing

Our Signs - each agent orders and pays for their own signs.   Are they expensive?  Not really, about $45.00 per listing and open house sign, $20.00 for a directional.  There are no minimums so agents often order a few at a time.   The signs are well-constructed and built to last with thicker than most polyvinyl inserts.   Signs should last several years!  The best part of our signs?   They are branded to YOU!!   Your name and phone number and photo if you choose are all clearly visible and eye-catching.

Marketing - we are proud to have the power of Keller Williams Realty International to help you market your personal brand and your listings in a conscientious way.   Part of the technology fee you pay covers a marketing system that allows you to set up a 36 touch program for your clients to keep yourself in a top of mind position with them.

Referrals and Networking - as of this writing, Keller Williams Realty International has 171,000 agents.   Our agents refer to our agents in other markets nearly exclusively.   Two major networking opportunities exist through national meetings - MegaCamp in August and Family Reunion in February each year.   Thousands of agents converge with a goal of learning and networking!
