On January 29, 2017 we caught our goal of wearing the equivalent of the real estate triple crown. Keller Williams Realty is now #1 in agent count, closed volume, and closed units.

How does that affect our agents? Agent count helps our referrals incoming from other markets across the U.S. KW agents send their family and friends to other KW agents. Thousands and thousands of agents referring to one another.

Closed volume and closed units help things like our search engine optimization - a company that has the most listings often garners the most traffic on our websites. We are able to push that traffic back to our agents with the philosophy of "your listings, your leads" to generate honest leads for our agents.

How does this affect our consumers? Buyers come from connected agents - being part of a referral network this powerful is a great start! Does it really get better than #1??? Sellers benefit from listing exposure on THOUSANDS of websites, not just hundreds. Sellers also benefit from the marketing and technology that Keller Williams provides our agents to stay ahead of national competitors who steer potential buyers to agents who do not know a sellers' property at all.

Many of you in Iowa took a chance on us. You knew an agent with Keller Williams or were referred by that incredible network, a friend recommended an agent, or you met one of our fabulous people at an open house, someone stopped by or you saw a sign. You took a chance on buying or listing with a company that was virtually unknown here, although you had so many to choose from, and for that we would like to express our heartfelt gratitude.
