If you ask us, culture is everything. Every. Single. Thing. It drives, it leads, it vibrates energy of it's own and captures you in it's spell. It is the difference between pass and fail as we evaluate our offices. We love profit, as any business should, but we judge ourselves on our culture.
Our culture is transparent and open. Top producers freely, willingly, and without thought share all their secrets. Agents who need a boost help each other to get to the next level. The financials of the company are closed each month and profit share is paid out. Our culture is training focused. We ALL get excited about profit share day.
The pictures above tell a story. This training is business planning training, conducted by a top producing agent who is sharing his tips to use a business plan. The massage table was brought in by an agent who felt our agents needed massages after a long week. Our agents volunteering for disaster relief. We are the #1 company in the world by agent count. Why does that matter? Thousands of agents referring to each other! Another group volunteering - that pile? Carried out by our agents in a mess of slime and mud. Our agents are celebrating some new signage and an agent count of over 60 in just 8 months! That's more than most companies in years.
Culture is an intangible. You can't really believe it exists until you experience it. You won't believe it is different than anywhere else until you are part of it.
Culture sets us apart and we are very much okay with being different!
